Three generations of putting clients first. My grandfather helped families with insurance after World War II. My father spent his career at Metropolitan Life—I watched what it means to stay with people for years, not months. I started in sales, then moved into operations and tech, then started and ran my own companies. What stayed the same: tell the truth, make the complex simple enough to act on, and only promise what you can deliver. Busy owners don’t need more buzzwords—they need someone who can sort the mess and point to the next step.
